Telly takes a great deal of pride in the manufacturing of our products. We want you to enjoying using them as much as we enjoy making them. If one of our products fails to meet your expectations, outside of normal wear-and-tear, please contact us.
Refund Policy Telly Chicago is happy to return or exchange any products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of the original purchase. First, email us at info@tellychicago.com. If the problem can not be solved via email, simply return items to us in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
Privacy Policy Telly Chicago will not sell your information to any third party. You may be emailed from time to time with announcements on new products and promotional offers.
Shipping Method Telly Chicago utilizes UPS shipping services. Ground, 2-day Overnight and Saturday delivery services are available at varying rates indicated in the shopping cart.
